Experience being a “Foxcroft Rider” during a week-long, residential riding camp on our 500-acre boarding school campus in the heart of horse country in Middleburg, Virginia! Enjoy access to top-tier training and facilities, explore our beautiful campus, and make new friends who love riding as much as you do.
The camp is open to riders preparing to enter the 8th-11th grade in the fall of 2024 and have an interest in attending Foxcroft School as a student during their high school years. These programs are designed for riders who have prior experience riding at a level of walk-trot-canter or above.
Camp Highlights
Equestrian Experience
- Week-long, residential experience designed to further a girl's riding skills
- Mounted instruction based on the tenets of hunter seat equitation
- Horsemanship seminars on topics such as bandaging, braiding, clipping, vet care, farrier care, and more
- Designed for riders who have prior experience riding at a level of walk-trot-canter or above

Foxcroft School's Equestrian Camp
Open to experienced riders going into the 8th through 11th grade, will be held on Foxcroft’s beautiful 500-acre campus in Middleburg, VA, which boasts a large indoor arena as well as multiple outdoor rings and trails.
Interested campers should submit a completed application (linked below) to Assistant Director of Riding Kendall Bear at kendall.bear@shelvingmalta.com.
